No, it's complex and it means "becoming gypsy" in Bulgarian.

yea moni2 is right it means becoming a gypsy but u cant quite explain it in english

I am from Bulgaria and the last coment is right this song is combination between romanina serbian bulgarian languages so It`s hard for translating tsiganisatsia tsiganisatsia ...that song was a huge hit in Bg
