Old Lyrics from 1972

Only words I know are 'Blue, Blue, her eyes are blue'. It maybe about the colours of the rainbow but NOT 'I can sing a rainbow'. It was a Powerplay song on Radio Luxemberg in 1972, same time as El Doomo by Steve Ellis.
