"it rains this time of year"

I heard some song on the radio about a year ago. The only lyrics I remember are "it rains this time of year", and then at the end, I think they started to sing something like "nah nah nah nah" or something and it sounded really beautiful. Sorry for the lack of information, but thats all I can remember. Any help is greatly appreciated.
