HELP!! I saw this catchy car commercial the other day and can't find the song!!!

The car commercial had a car driving around at night. Everything its headlights illuminated became... fun I guess.... like a simple park became a party. The song had lyrics something like "the who the where the when"... It played before a movie and when I left I totally couldn't remember the name of the car of anything.... If anybody can help me it would be greatly appreciatted...I haven't see it on television or anything... Thanks in advance!! =D
