looking for the name of the band or of the song

Hi everybody...
I'm looking for a pop-rock song, slow tempo with some steel guitar I think or at least a slider and some of the lyrics are:
"'coz the time that you wanted is the time that I need, you gotta wait to lean on me now" or "you got the weight to lean on me now"
(I dont know, I'm french and it's kinda sound the same for me)
i also get:
you're looking for a train" "you'll be on your own again" "look you in the eye"

I heard it in Heartbreak High, an australian television series and it was maybe season 5 or 6.
