Lost song!! Please help me find it..

There's this song.. that's... more of a spoken word thing then a 'song' it's got to do with this boy and girl who live in an apartment by the subway.. they kill people.. they almost kill themselves..the only lines I can remember go something to the tune of..

"I save a lot of money but I lose a lot of sleep, in my apartment where the rent is so cheap."

AND THE END GOES SOMETHING LIKE

"We said "this is silly we can't really kill ourselves, I mean we're not so bad." then the train rattled past overhead and the door popped open killing her, that's my story and I'm sticking to it."

As I've been trying to locate this song for quite some time, ANY help at all would be VASTLY appreciated..
