Question Trying to identify a song

This is a long shot, but I am hoping someone will know what song/artist these lyrics are from.
It is a song I downloaded between 2000 - 2003 likely off Napster.
It was a mislabeled song that I downloaded with a bunch of correctly labeled songs and only realized after I listened to it that it was obviously not by that artist. Despite being a completely different genre I like the song but have been unable to find out who the song is by (I would like to hear some of their other music if I can find out who it is)
I have done multiple searches with snippets of the lyrics I can decipher but had no success so I am hoping maybe someone on here will recognize it.

I refer to the song as "All The Frozen Moments" because of the chorus content.
The lyrics are difficult to decipher but here is what I have:

    Her laughter lasts for days
    Her *word* is my *word*
    When I tumble *phrase*
*word (maybe hurting or burning)* through it all
    *undecipherable sentence*
    I put down *two words*

And *word (maybe wrote)* that all the frozen moments hiding in the times ahead
    *several phrases* memories *words*
I swear people keep on changing they all end up scared
And she says it isn't so and there's things I ought to know.
*followed by softer lyrics that say: that I don't know / that I should know?*

Hold on to find a way
    *phrase* of fate
As I tumble and *word* hurting through it all
    *phrase* I put down *words*

*words* all the frozen moments hiding in the times ahead
And I hear all the *word* memories I *word*
And I swear people keep on changing we all end up scared
And she says it isn't so and there's things I ought to know

    Moments(?)
    *phrase*
Why don't you take a number
Until I find a way (oh yeah)

I found out about those *word*
    And I *words* electric *word*
    Cause I tumbled and *words*
    Its not *word* at all
Its not all my fault I couldn't find your *word*

And wrote that all the frozen moments hiding in the times ahead
And I hear all the reasons that your over the memories I've *word*
And I swear people keep on changing they all end up scared
And she says it isn't so and there's things I ought to know

Can you upload a sample somewhere [eg zshare] so we can all listen.

    It's free.

Post the link back here please.

    Thanks.
