Song I Heard In American Eagle! Please Help!

I was in America Eagle today and this song came on but I cannot rememeber a single lyric!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And it's so frustrating because I've been looking for it for so damn long! All I remember is that the music video was very colorful and somewhat psychedelic and there was surfing in it and the person singing was guy. I think he was blonde but I'm not quite sure. Does ANYONE know what the hell I'm talking about???????

Hold on I have to find the video and actually watch it I know I remember surfing and a psychedelic ending (it's this weird echo that would always annoy me) but after it was over I was happy because the caesars' came on anyways just let me know if i was on the right track at all
