A really hard one... (Please, I Need Help!!!!)

I'm from Guadalajara (México), so, sorry for my English.

Well, I listened this song in a club back in 2006, I was a little drunk and the only thing I remember is that the video had a white guy and a black guy singing (in English), one of them was playing the piano, and they were in an apartment in the beach... I Guess.

I dont remember the music nor the lyrics.

Hahahaha, It matches the description, but is not that one. The song I'm looking for is from 2005 or 2006. =)
