Hi! tryin to find this dance song

Hi all!
ive searched to see if i can find this song on older posts but all i got was hope cuz i saw lots of solved mysteris

the lyrics i could figure out was like
"dont let it pass you by"
or
"don't let him pass you by"
the song includes a girl singing and the bass is really noticeable - but the bass thing is minor.

this song is kinda dance/rave/trance/techno, dont know exactly
if someone knows what im talkin about or know the song itll be great!

My best shot is that it is Ferry Corsten's "It's Time" featuring Dutch singer Esmee Bor-Stotijn from the 2003 album called Right of Way - The lyrics are:

to be honest, it was one of my shots too but it isnt it..this song sounds too 'happy'...the other one was like cafe del mar style, kinda quiet but very noticable...hope you guys getting to the end of my mind.

hi, actually i don't think that i know this song but when i've read "don't let him pass you by" i remembered that song "18 wheeler" by pink, in the song she sayin "Don't let him pull you by the scar " i dont remember is it a dance song , i dont think so... but it's quite in a happy mood anyway here's the lyrics;
