I think it's an 80's song...definitely not new.

Male voice, "inspirational", very upbeat

Chorus seems to go something like "I believe I believe..." and "higher and higher" and "burning desire" or "burning with fire"... something like that?

Can anyone identify artist or name of song ASAP? thanks so much
