Solved: 80s House Song (HELP PLEASE!)

recently i found a site that had archived several hot mixes from legendary Chicago DJ, Farley "Jackmaster" Funk. Included in one of the mixes is a song i originally heard around 1983. It has a european feel to it and was played all of the time on wbmx and wgci in Chicago ,in mixes around that time. these are the lyrics i was able to hear in the 1 min 20 secs of the song used in the mix:
