on Youtube its for Uğur Arslan but on 4turk Barış's name was written!!!

İki parça can: Two souls (without pieces, cause we know he means two people one by one)
Gün ayrılık: the day is seperation
Sevdanın bahçesinde günlerim yarın: in the garden of love, my days are (for) tomorrow (here he means in the garden of love, in love, he doesnot have anything, he says today he is nothing, he hopes for tomorrows, he is hopeful about tomorrows will be better for him and he is saying even though i do not have love today, in coming days, there will be love for me)
Sana doğru tüm denizler: all the seas are to you (here, he means 'all his voyage' by saying all the seas, he is saying he is covering distance, gathering way to her)
Sana doğru yıldızlar: the stars are straight to you
Ayda sen güneşde sen her yerde her şeyde sen: you are on the moon, on the sun, on everywhere, in everything (here if it is ay da sen güneş de sen it would be the moon is you and the sun is you too, but da is written together so it is as i translated)
