A hope-filled song...how about "The Sun Will Shine" or "Break My Heart Free" if you want something taken directly from the song? Or how about "Sunlit Freedom" if you want to use the theme as inspiration?

when you've got a hook line use it! From that point of view the only sensible option here is "break my heart free".
