"One Way Ticket - Jascha Richter" lyric

I have found out that Jascha is releasing a solo CD called Where I Belong very very soon.
I know it's being released by CMC records, and it should be out here in Denmark in September...

and .."One Way ticket" is one of that CD but i can't find out its lyric . Can you help me ..

Hi Oll, I tried noting the lyrics down but some things are still not clear with this quality. I'll search for a better quality sample to check back on them or others may help us, that's what I have so far, the italic words/setences are the ones I am not sure with.
