Late 90's Male Artist/Album/Song "Deep(er)"

I loved this R&B album I used to have in the late 90's, but lost it somewhere along the way and would really like to try and get another copy. The artist was a male singer who sang very "fluid", layered songs that were very moving. One had lyrics something like "...deep(er) into you"??????? I realize it's vague, but it's been many years and my memory isn't what it used to be

There's a group called 3Deep and they had a song called "Into You" - could that be it? They're more of a pop boy band than R&B though so I'm not sure.
