Secudeme que estoy desesperao, motivao, enamorao
Por uste es que estoy activao
Tu eres mi gata yo tu perro chao chao
    Waf!
    Ella reparte el bacalao
    Ella no tira pescao
    Mi gata, nunca da fau
    Mete miedo su gistro colorao'

    Tu cuerpo me llama
    (Eo eo)

Coje confianza y lanza, tu no te cansas
    Mujer, tirate la chanza
Me voy a olvidar del caserio y de las venganzas
Y con tigo voy a hacer una alianza
    Mansa, mansita, señorita
    Mi cuerpo la nesesita
    Organizemos una cita
Ustedes las mujeres que no se quitan
A ella le encantan mis visitas
Por la ventana wisin le pita
    (FUII!)
Tiene un retrato mio en la mesita
Mi princesita es la mejor que grita
    (Ahhhhh!)

    Tu cuerpo me llama
    (Eo eo)
    Me dejas con las ganas
    (Eo eo)
    Tu cuerpo me llama
    (Eo Eo)
    Me dejas con las ganas
    (Eo Eo)
    (Oeo)
    (Eo Eo)
    (Oeo)
    (OOOOOOOhhhh)

Me acuerdo de ti por que eres una frontua, una guillua, también una cuerua, mami!
Vamos a hacer freskerias pa las bambuas!

    (Urba!)
    (Monserrate!)

Good morning, MaresLejanos. Yes, Reggeaton is very difficult for some of us to translate. However, I would not say that they use "bad Spanish". It is a dialect; it s a different dialect than the dialect I use (mix of Cuban/Mexican) and a different dialect than the one you use (Argentinian) but it is not inferior or bad.... it's just different. It has it's uses; it has it's own grammar and it's own vocabulary but people who live the Reggeaton culture understand it and use it very effectively.
Languages change over time. Look at the way Spanish is spoken now compared to the Spanish of Reina Isabela.
I will try to translate some of the areas you had difficulty with, but chances are I will also have problems because I'm not super comfortable with this dialect, but I'm learning.... it is facinating! It is very Caribbean. Dmoney pointed me in the direction of "diccionariolibre.com" and I also go to Diccionario de Puerto Rico. I found both to be very helpful with slang.
Also, the slang thread in this forum is helpful.
    Ciao, amigo/amiga (?)

Sorry, you're right. I explained my self too wrong. I didn't want to say exactly that... Leaving slang aside, I found in reggeaton, as i found in another type of music as well (from here or from another countries), bad sentences structures. I can understad it because it's still my language, but I know if some one else, who's learning spanish, read some of those lyrics, for sure he/she will be not able to understand it. Not exactly because slang's words, but by way that the sentences are written. This I want to mean (from another song): "que a ver cuando "va para" de meterte drogas" -> "A ver cuando (t&#250 vas a parar de meterte drogas"... I'm finding this kind of wrong structures often, and more of them come from reggeaton, and another type of music called "cumbia villera" here (I hate cumbia villera, they are killing not just my language, they are killing as well the music in self !!!... But I like many songs of reggeaton. I like a lot the music of the Caribbean, it's funny and happy music )... Ups... I must to go...

Again, we have to remember, that dialects are not just about vocabulary but grammatical structures as well. No one is "killing" the Spanish language; it is being morphed to create new dialects, and possibly a new language. The Spanish language as you and I know it, and learned it from our parents, is a long way from being killed. BUT, new languages may be formed from it. Just like the Catholic religion is still there but there are many churches and beliefs that came from it.
A dialect varies from it's root language on structure (grammar), semantics (vobulary, meaning), phonologically (how it sounds, how it is pronounced), and pragmatics (how the language is used in context). Once it differs enough from the root language, it becomes it's own, separate language. That's the way languages form.

I hope I'm explaining myself well on this.

The Spanish we speak (from the Diccionario de la Real Academia) is very different from castellano medieval, which I can't even understand now. Languages are always changing!!!!
