-ra2i3a heyde means "SHE'S WONDERFUL" if he's talking about a person.
but if by saying ra2i3a heyde and he's referring to a thing it will mean "IT'S WONDERFUL"

I have a song that I believe is arabic and I have tried to attach it so it can be heard. I would like to have it translated or if the singer and song title can be recognised.
