Pleeease help me find this song!

Kayy so I was downtown shopping in Forever 21, right?
And I heard this song that sounded like a female rapper,
and I believe the lyrics had something to do with haters?
Not quite sure.

I DO know that it was on the same playlist as the Polite Dance Song by the Bird and the Bee. If someone could find that playlist for me, I would greatly appreciate it, as I probably misheard the lyrics.
