Mihalis Xatzigiannis - καλος ηλθες αγαπη lyrics and translation

Hi all,
By chance I heard an old Xatzigiannis song: "kalos ilthes agapi" from his (I think) first album "ta prota mou tragoudia".
I searched the forum for the lyrics but I wasn't able to find.

Can anyone write the lyrics and the English translation ?
