Alright the song is sung by a girl and its kind of a dance song, but not techno. It could have been relased some time within the last 10 years. I pretty sure the lyrics go something like one of these.

It's "Move Your Feet" by Junior Senior, and it's sung by a nine-year-old boy, not a girl. Also, the correct lyric is "Everybody, move your feet and feel united, oh-oh-oh."

I guarantee it's the song you're looking for!

I asked for this last year lol. I got excited for a second but someone answered. I heard it at a club..it's a guy singing too :P
