Hi, would it be possible to translate this song for me?
I don't need the phonetic translation, that one I already have (and I will put it in this post as well, for those wanting to find the phonetic translation), I am interested in the Greek to English translation.

    Many thnx in advance!

    Phonetic translation:

Thnx so much for your quick respons! Hell, it was so quick, that I couldn't even say the word 'quick'.

Do you know the song? Because you said it was a nice song. If not, I found a homemade music video (well, it's actually just the text "I Love You" behind a red screen :s), but it has this song underneath it, so you can at least listen to it then. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDo-PGXmk_s

And this song is só happy! Granted, a little bit Eurovision Song Contest-like, but sometimes that's just nice to hear.
And what else to say about Elli Kokkinou? Bought her last three cd's, which had to be imported from Crete/ Greece, so the prices were quite high, but it was so worth it!

Hahaha, well, the ESC sound isn't all that hard to miss, I think. :P If it would be just a few seconds shorter, it would've been a great song for the ESC, with maybe even a top three rank.

I also have (lots) of music of Despina Vandi, Elena Paparizou, Kalomira, Anna Vissi, Alkistis Protopsalti and Katy Garbi, but Elli is the only artist which I truly love, so I only bought her cd's for real (they're quite expensive, for the have to be flown in from Greece ). But I can't say how much I love her last three albums (Eilikrina, Ki Allo Platinum Edition and Sto Kokkino Platinum Edition).

Yeaaa... You can send almost any song at the ESC nowadays, from metal to comedy haha!

And i have nothing against these artists, in fact except for Katy Garbi, i like them, but hmm u have all these AMAZIGN djs in the Netherlands and you still like these? Wow you're flattering us LOL! And not to mention The Partysquad and Gio :P I love all these! Anyways, tastes can differ i quess

I know! Eevery year all one could do is just hoping that that year no monsters from Finland, a turkey from ireland, or a transsexual from Israel is able to win teh competition, unless they have a song which is really good. (Speaking of that Hebrew transsexual: the later albums of Dana International are quite good, actually, with "Yoter Ve-Yoter" (More And More)
being the absolute best so far)

But why do you have something against Katy Garbi then? Now I'm curious. My least favourite is Anna Vissi, for I think she can sing, but at the same level as a Madonna or something like that. She doesn't have the most beautiful voice in the world, let's be honest. But her music is very dance- and/ or trance oriented, which I like.

Hahahaha, yes, we do have the worlds best DJ's, that much is true (according to many polls and/ or institutions around the world). But in my opinion they just make soulless music, that is even something which a 5-year old could do with his/ her 'My First Sony' or something like that. :|

Partysquad is fun, yes, I have to admit that. :Y

But my favourite artists are from other places then The Netherlands. Elli Kokkinou (Greece) and Hande Yener (Turkey) seem to have a way with me so that they can touch me with their music/ songs. :s :.)

    Hahahahahaha veeeery good examples! xD

I have nothing against Katy Garbi, i just dont like her music, it's not pop, it's something more hmm heavy (and i dont mean metal lol). And except for a song called ''Esena Mono'', i cant find any trance elements... but anyway, it's highly objective

Yes yes you do! Hmmm what you're saying is true about certain tracks, but i dont know, these that also have vocals, really really touch or even move me! And jumpstyle and all these stuff make me feel alive! So... Haha at least you admit that Partysquad is good, YAY! xD

And my favourite artists are outside of Greece!!! From the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden Denmark...
Hohoho, we people can become very selfish! xD

Well, those examples were the first that came to my mind (Dear god, what does that say about me, then? ).

Strangely enough, after I read your last post, I started listening to Katy/ Keti again. And I think I like her (and a big shock went through Europe! ). I think I might even prefer her above Despina (which used to be, for quite some time, my favourite singer). Of course, Elli remains the nr. 1!

But Keti has some good dance-oriented songs! Listen to "To Kati", "Fila Me", "Kragion" Pes To Xana, Mena Fili", "Akouse Agori Mou", "Adiko Ke Krima", "Vale", and "Epanastasi" for an example.

Wel, if I have to pick one all male group/ male singer(s) in the Netherlands which I actually quite enjoy, than that must be the Partysquad, yes. There you have it, I admitted it again!

What artists do you like then?

Oew, and if you like dance and/ or trance songs, you should try some J-Pop (Japan-Pop). Ayumi Hamasaki is the queen in that genre, and Perfume (or Pafyümu) is just plain old fun (very hyperactive kind of music, which I like from time to time).

Oh, yes, and if you like electronic music/ electropop/ etc, then "Yoter Ve-Yoter" (More And More) from Dana International is superb, the three latest cd's by Hande Yener ("Hipnoz", "Nasıl Delirdim?", and "Hande Maxi") are excellent, and "Nemashim" (Freckles) by Emily Karpel is good.

Belanova from Mexico makes synthpop, Paola & Chiara from Italy make lightweighted dance- and poptunes, and the latest album by Mylčne Farmer, "Point De Suture", is absolutely brill!

Alright, enough musictips, for I can talk on and on about that subject!

Wuuu thnx for the music tips

Some were okay, yea. As for Mylene Farmer, she is definitely great, just not my cup of tea
I now remembered i also like Gebroeders Ko from Holland, hahaha aren't they like super cool?? xD "Nie prate nie & nie zinge nie....llalalala" hahaha! Or: "Ik heb een boot....." ahaha... Anyway

If you want to check out something new though, try "Kaneis Lathos" by Maro Litra feat. TNS, one of the very few song i enjoy listening to
Kipu on rakkautta, rakkaus on kipua.

All right, so this is like a VERY late response, but better late than never, right?

I've got to say: De Gebroeders Ko (the brothers Ko) were never, and if there is a god, wíll never be cool over here, let alone super cool! They just know to get in the picture when it is summer and/ or carnaval. But as far as I know, the only songs that ever made it to the top 10 were "Ik Heb Een Boot (Boten Anna)" (I Have A Boat (Boten Anna)), and "Sinterklaas Boot" (Sinterklaas Boat (which, it may shock you, so take a seat, is a cover of "Ik Heb Een Boot", which on itself was a cover of the song "Boten Anna", by Basshunter.

So again: if there is a god, and she has only positive things in store for the Netherlands, then it just can't, no, shouldn't be that De Gebroeders Ko will reenter the Dutch music scene!

That song of Maro Litra was great!!! Has she released an album on which I can find that song?
