I don't know the name, but I think the artist's name were along the lines of OTB, ODB, OJB or similar and the track may have been Excalibur. My memory is pretty dim, but I really liked the song back then. It's from the early 90's if I'm not mistaken.
Hopefully someone else remembers the song, (or it comes to me with clarity) and I won't have to dig though my old music collection looking. I'm sure I even taped it to video, and though my video's from the period are dead, I'll have noted the track on the tape label.
Sounds like:
O Fortuna
[With the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Conducted by James Levine]
Maybe there's a remix????
F A B Scott, I don't even have to listen to the clip to know you are spot on with the title.
I've no idea, if the rest of the song, is the full Chicago Symphony Orchestra version or something else as we only have the sample.
Wikipedia reports, it's been used (sampled) a number of times. On that page, I still don't see the group I remember making a popular splash (in Australia) in the Nineties though. (It was a popular bit of music on the video hits weekly show for a while.)
The version I remember had a clip as it was on Video Hits and couple of other Australian programs. (I'm beginning to suspect someone was cheeky and simply made a clip and used OCB for the group artist. I'm interested enough to look though my collection and post an update in the next couple of weeks.)

I extend my sympathy to you, I'm on a very slow dialup as well but sometimes this links works, much of the time it keeps me hanging though, but my connection is very slow at times and stalling is a familiar problem I have from time to time.

Where did you here this music, radio or a backing track in a clip?
Try the selection for bands and artists that sampled O furtuna at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/O_Fortuna
Not mentioned is F.C.B. which from my memory had the MOST airplay on Video Hits and other free to air viewing in Australia in the Mid nineties. So much so, their record company was taken to court about their version.
Also keep in mind what version might have been used in soundtracks as mentioned in the entry at Wikipedia
Ah looks like it got re-released.
I found a link that has samples but it isn't available to users outside US.
Someone from the US might be kind enough to upload the relevant samples somewhere.
I'd have recommended you using a proxy based in the US, but a couple or so years back, "proxies that ain't proxies" came into being.

Ah, a youtube for those who do. I've not listened, but has F.C.B and Nick Skitz versions.
