bumped.. anyone here can help identify titles and artist for this 3 songs?

here are some lines of the songs (i think)

1: you keep holding me, hiding in the shadows never seen, you keep holding me, only when i close my eyes to see/sleep? it's not really fair, cause your not really there at all... (roughly something like that)

2: sometimes area lying here, im so afraid... yada, yada, yada, ...ain't gonna change.... the way you keep giving me a (heat)? keep giving me a (heat)? (not sure about the heat but sounds like) ..ooh i get weak

3: so don't have to look any further than you are, till it's all inside your heart, don't go looking for someone to tell who you are, you go deep inside your heart, and that's who you really are...

Regarding number 4, if you meant "All I Know", not "And", then try this for a cover.
