Solved: Identify this techno song

I know this is a very general description, but I heard a techno song is kind of similar to "one more time" by daft punk because it repeats words; but it has someone that kinda goes heee hoooo heeey (dont know if they are words, it is what I heard) and then after that someone goes o whoa. It repeats that and someone always says owhoa after it. I know this is a very general description and may not contain enough information, but thank you for helping anyway.
