I only found one thing that needed correcting:
de ce sa renunti la vise..
Why renounce your dreams

& maybe also this:
orice ar fi, zi de zi.. tine-te de ea
No matter what, day after day.. care for her/it

Since the beginning of the chorus talks about "viata ta," I think the "de ea" refers to life also, not to a "her."

But, the expression "tine la..." means to "care for" but I'm not sure if "tine de..." means the same thing. If it is talking about caring for someone, then using her makes more sense than it.

ține la = care for
El ține la mașina lui= He cares for his car

ține de= hold on to ( in this context)
Ține-te de viață!= Hold on to life
or
Ține de capătul acesta al frânghiei și eu țin de celalalt= Hold this end of the rope and I'll hold the other.

ține de= is related to/ belongs to or it's up to
Aceasta instituție ține de minister= This institution is related to the ministry( hierarhically)
Această decizie ține numai de tine= This decision is only up to you.
