"den Kopf verdrehen" means to make somebody to fall in love, I guess "turn uspide down" is the english translation for it.

I was thinking this meant: Do you want me only as a trophy to turn other people's heads.
When I was trying to figure this one out I almost went with "Do you want merely to turn my head" meaning are you trying to get me interested in you. I don't know if that would be as strong a meaning as making someone fall in love.

I had another thought, do you think it could mean " Do you just want to mess with my head "as in just play games and confuse me"? It seems that would be consistent with two lines preceeding it.
