HEY all
i really need some help finding a techno song, I have it for my ringtone but have no idea who its by and I would like to get the full length version

Ok to describe, it starts off with this siren sound that keeps on going for about 30 seconds or so,then it stutters or and there's a guy who says something not in english but some other language, he says " escqucha la fren que" or something like that, then it continues with the siren but yeh he says something else and then it climaxes and then the song goes fast and a pretty sick beat
please help
