Dear i search on youtube this video to help yu with the lyrics but i don't find any steve ivey if u can gv me mp 3 or video may be can help u with lyrics

I found 2 short samples of different verses of Can't Take It With You - Steve Ivey, and the lyrics, as far as I can make out were:


A rich man has his money
a poor man has his pride
We all want to be a star
but it won't go on that ride [right?]
A room is full of possessions
Money, boats and cars
But Jesus should be number 1
not some old movie star
No you can't take it with you when you go
It'll just be you and God
He's gonna have a show.


[note - I can't say if these 2 verses are in the correct order or how many other verses there are - these are all I could find.]


You can worship almost anything,
your music, your TV,
But if you're not giving God no time,
you're not what you should be,
So gather up all your possessions
and round up all your friends,
See how they're going to help you
when it comes down to the end.
No you can't take it with you when you go
He must be your God, he's going to have a show
All those possessions will be left behind on earth
You never see a UHaul pulled behind a hearse.
