Video with joker like character

I was at an american eagle and the song playing made you want to dance, it sounded really familiar, and the video showed a guy dancing who looked like the joker. it was like only half of him was the joker, like he was split down the middle. other than that he seemed really happy and had a kind of girlish voice.
