Solved: "I feel you" - 90's dance song

I am trying to identify a dance song from the 90's that has these lines in the chorus:

"Woah oh oh OH OH
I feel you, I feel you
P-p-p-p-p-party time!"

I heard that Paul Van Dyk did a remix of this song, but I'm after the original song name and artist.

I had the best luck EVER this morning, while driving to work this song CAME ON THE RADIO. I quickly pulled over, whipped out my phone and went to the station's website (they display the song details on their site as it plays)
