What is this song? Driving me crazy!

I heard it in Forever 21. I posted this in the Forever 21 forum forever ago but nobody answered so I wondered if I'd have more luck here. Anyways, it was a female singing, and was kind of a techno/trance/dance song, and the only lyrics I heard were "keep me on, keep me on", in kind of a repitition? She also had a tiny bit of a drawl when she said "on". Yiiikes sorry, that's all I know! :[ Any help is appreciated!
