Solved: New Song (I Think)

I listened to this song on a radio in the car, and I used my cellphone to record a little bit, that's all I've got here, the end of song. I think It's a new song, since the radio I was listening to plays new songs at most.

I appreciate any help. I googled and found nothing, just some my chemical romance lyrics.
