Help! XM's BPM..."the birds" "the love"

Heard this song the other day on XM's BPM station.

It was a fast paced techno type song where a girl kept saying throughout the song "the birds..." then she would add "the air...the sky....the love". She would literally only say those words, so Im hoping someone knows!
