It's an upbeat song, female voice- heard it in Lawton's Drugs and now it won't escape my head until I know it... Don't mean to inconvenience anyone...

The base line goes note...down a few notes...then up a couple notes...

That explains much of the song... It was a very popular song from the late 80s/ early 90s- I would be grateful if someone could just name it for me, then I could put it to rest!
