Foreign Whistling Song

So yeah, whistling seems to be the bane of a dance fan's existance. There's a poppy song I heard a few times last year on the radio (Dance Factory FM) that has been bugging me. It's not by Bob Sinclair, DJ Alligator, or Juelez Santana. There's whistling in the chorus and a woman sings along with it. The lyrics are in another language and I have no idea what it is.

Dunno if this'll help or make me look like an idiot but whatever helps, right? It sounds like: DA-duh-DA-DA-duh-DA-DA-DA-da-DA-DA-duh-DA-DA-Duh-DA-DA-DA-duh-da-DA-DA-da-DA-DA-duh... and so on.
