Two Songs, No Lyrics

I have two songs I'm looking for. One I'm absolutely sure HAS lyrics but the only way I've ever heard it has been without lyrics (in the background for things).

The second song is a total long shot in the dark and I don't honestly expect anyone on this forum (or anywhere, for that matter) to have any idea what the song is. It doesn't have lyrics that I can remember. It's a celtic song that I recorded off the radio about 13 years ago onto cassette tape. Unfortunately the cassette tape ran out of space before the title/artist was announced and I've been searching for it ever since.

I've even tried posting this on a pure celtic-devoted site and they basically came back going "we have no idea." Again, I don't honestly expect anyone here to find it, but I figured I'd give it a shot. After 13 years I'm just trying any and every way to get it identified.

Are you sure the second one is really Celtic? It sounds like the music you hear on medieval markets all the time, maybe you should broaden your scope in that regard and ask on a site that is devoted to middle ages reenactment or something like that. Sometimes bagpipe music is automatically labelled as Celtic although it often isn't.

No, I'm not entirely sure it's Celtic. I just assumed. I guess that's a bad habit.
