Looking for a ( new ) jazzy song by a female singer SOLVED*

I was cruising along in my car and switching between the radio stations here in Norway....needed something to warm me up inside from the cold and dark outside winter
and all of a sudden there she was....beautifull voice with an old soul attached to it
An english song....and all i remember from it was one sentence :
" When (while ) you wet ( lick ) your lips i wet my feet.... "

Thats about it....i listened only to the last 20 seconds to it, then the song ended by a commercial interrupting it. Dont know if this might help but the song playd on a Norwegian radio station called Radio 1 Oslo
Also the song had a jazzy cling to it with modern beats as well

Oh wow
i just amazed that Amy Winehouse had this sort of voice, not expected at all. I always looked at her as a punk style lost little girl out in the jungle of new york....
Still i like the song....
and yes its the correct one, even tho the line that i had rememberd was a bit off.
