Trying to help out a friend

He says he's been looking for the artist/title of this song for a while now...I listened to it a few times but can't find any lyrics that match on google. Here's a link to the video:

When you posted this, I was immediately aware this is also the same song Big Ben was looking for. Every now and again I pry away at this puzzle. (Not really a puzzle - I just have a lousy recall )

The other artist possibility I kept thinking of was The Winnie Coopers, but couldn't find a match. I found their clip which I had in mind - totally different sound.)

It's annoying for me because the video and song played so much a couple of years ago.

I'd expect the song to be tittled with "voices" considering how much the word is repeated.

Yeah, I've been searching through songs titled voices but there's so many! lol
