"She loves me but she doesn't know who I am" - Which song is this?

Hi all,

I've heard this song on the radio more than a few times (came out in the last year or two I think), but just can't seem to find any information on it. Anyone have any ideas? It goes something like this (although I could have some words mixed up):

"She loves me but she doesn't know who I am..." and the same line is repeated multiple times throughout the song.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
