I keep hearing a song (or bits of it) on the radio and virgin music and they never say who it is!!!!

The only line i can remember is "I wish that I could......." and she is female and sound quite young.

It is cracking me up as I love it and want to buy it

Not the one - sorry! I think it is new as the clips are little adverts on Virgin Music along with other new stuff.

I tried googling it but there are loads of songs with that line in it.
