I went to Turkey, summer 2008, and have listened to a wonderful song, but unfortunately I don't know what is it and who is the singer. I liked its tune and the singer's voice, but I also don't know what it talks about =( I looked for it everywhere and could not find it.

it was popular in Turkey at that summer, as every restaurant and shopping center play it. It is sung by man. At the beginning of the song, he speaks or reads something.. I don't know .. and then starts the song

Could you please help me to find it or at least tell me the most popular songs in Turkey 2008, and maybe I can find it.
