Help with Kai geia xara - και γειά χαρά

I really like this song as sung by Vicky Mosholiou (Βίκυ Μοσχολιού)
I have been googling *a lot* to find the lyrics but have to give up.

The song is by Dimos Moutsis (δήμος μούτσης ?) and probably written "και γειά χαρά" in Greek.
