Solved: Muzak song

heard this on the muzak system at work. female singer similar to dido.electronic bass/drums piano tune with alot of saxaphone. song would actually make a real good james bond theme. couldnt make out much lyrics but the theme was crying. maybe"crying my eyes out" sorry not much info ill try to listen for it again. i work 3rd shift and 1am to 6am the music switches to classic rock so i only have 2&1/2 hours of the pop/top 40 stuff, thanks in advance for any help
