ok, here you go, but i didn't understand some verses so the transl may not make sense lol

έχω βγει κι’ όπου πάει όλη η πόλη τα σπάει
i have gone in the best spots of the city
δεν ξέρω που θα με βγάλει είναι η νύχτα μεγάλη
i don't know where it will take me , the night is big
    έχω πιει το μπουκάλι
    i have drunk a bottle
έχω κάνει κεφάλι κι’ όμως συνέχεια στο μυαλό μου έχω εσένα και πάλι
i did crazy things, but continuously in my mind i have you and again

πάλι πάλι πάλι πάλι πάλι πάλι
    again again again

έλα έλα έλα και πάμε μαζί
come come and let's go together
έλα έλα το θέλω όσο και ‘σύ
come come i want it as much as you do
έλα έλα θα ΄ναι το βράδυ καυτό
come come the night will be hot
έλα έλα τα πάντα όλα μπορώ
come come i can do everything
    οεοεοεο...

    Gο Lαβα
με άλλους όλο μιλάς μα εμένα μόνο κοιτάς
you only look at me while with everyone else you talk
    όπως στο τέλος μαζί μου
as in the end with me
έχουμε πάρει φωτιά προκλητικά μου γελάς
we have started the fire, provocatively you laugh at me
σταμάτα να με τρελαίνεις τα πάντα όλα για μας
stop driving me crazy, everything is for us

πάλι πάλι πάλι πάλι πάλι πάλι
    again again again

έλα έλα έλα και πάμε μαζί
έλα έλα το θέλω όσο και ‘σύ
έλα έλα θα ΄ναι το βράδυ καυτό
έλα έλα τα πάντα όλα μπορώ
    οεοεοεο...

Lαβα καίω θα εκτεθώ έλα μωρό μου στο ρυθμό
Lava, i'm burning, i'll explode, come baby into the rhythm
γίνε δικό μου μυστικό θέλω με ‘σένα να χαθώ
become my secret, i want to get lost with you
Lαβα, μου καίει τώρα το κορμί τώρα θέλω το πρώτο σου φιλί
Lava, my body burns me now, i want now your fist kiss
δίνω για ‘σένα σου σώμα και ψυχή έλα σε θέλω ακόμα πιο πολύ
i give you body and soul come i want you even more

έλα έλα έλα και πάμε μαζί
έλα έλα το θέλω όσο και ‘σύ
έλα έλα θα ΄ναι το βράδυ καυτό
έλα έλα τα πάντα όλα μπορώ
    οεοεοεο...

οεοεοεο τώρα σε θέλω πιο κοντά
    now i want you closer
οεοεοεο τώρα θα νιώθω τα φιλια
    now i'll feel the kisses
οεοεοεο έλα έλα έλα έχεις πάνω σου κάτι
come come you have smth on you
είσαι Lαβα-φαρμάκι έλα τώρα στην δική μου αγκαλιά
you are Lava - poison, come now in my embrance

    Some feedback:

Quote Originally Posted by kmmy View Post

Έχω βγει here actually means "I have gone out for the night/a drink", not literally an "exit".

The second part is badly translated, but it is badly composed in Greek as well... Anyway, if I get it right, the phrase means "...and wherever I go, the whole city is smashing", smashing being an alternative for "brakes them" (<==τα σπάει), which in turn means "smashing" as in "excellent, wonderful, perfect" (remember Mike Meyers "Oh smashing, baby!!!").

In short, she says that wherever she goes clubbing in the city, it's wondeful

    έχω πιει το μπουκάλι
    i have drunk a bottle
It's actually I have drunk THE bottle, instead of A bottle. Now, is it really so big a difference?? Normally no, but in this case, it's a fixed expression, meaning in simple words that when you do out for a drink, either alone or with company, and you get served a bottle of any drink, you sip it directly from the bottle instead of the glass; in addition, it's also fixed in price lists of night clubs, ie "70 € το μπουκάλι", instead of the much more ordinary "ένα μπουκάλι 70 €".

In short, your translation is correct both syntactically and grammatically, but "Το μπουκάλι" is a tradition in modern Greek night clubs

έχω κάνει κεφάλι κι’ όμως συνέχεια στο μυαλό μου έχω εσένα και πάλι
i did crazy things, but continuously in my mind i have you and again
"έχω κάνει κεφάλι" is a phrase which describes the situation you are found after you have consumed quantities of alcohol.

    Typical examples:

    >Πίνω για να κάνω κεφάλι. (I drink so as to get drunk and "get away")
    >Μην πιεις, γιατί θα κάνεις κεφάλι. (Don't drink, cause you'll get drunk and won't control yourself)
    >Δεν αντέχω άλλω, πρέπει να κάνω κεφάλι (να πάω για ένα ποτό) (I can't take it any more, I'm too fed up, so I need to get a drink)

σταμάτα να με τρελαίνεις τα πάντα όλα για μας
stop driving me crazy, everything is for us
This translation is quite correct; but, just for the record, check this out:

    http://www.slang.gr/lemma/show/ta_panta_ola_8591

There is even a music record with that name (it's a collection of songs) and a single by Vrettos...

Lαβα καίω θα εκτεθώ έλα μωρό μου στο ρυθμό
Lava, i'm burning, i'll explode, come baby into the rhythm
It begins as "I'm burning (as) lava". And then, "I'll expose myself" rather than "explode"

Lαβα, μου καίει τώρα το κορμί τώρα θέλω το πρώτο σου φιλί
Lava, my body burns me now, i want now your fist kiss
Same here; the greek "μου" needs a noun to make sense. It's actually "Lava is burning my body"

δίνω για ‘σένα σου σώμα και ψυχή έλα σε θέλω ακόμα πιο πολύ
i give you body and soul come i want you even more
"I give for you" it's differenet than "to you". But this is odd, the lyrics in Greek make no sense; "σου" is absolutely unnecessary...

About the use of the name... yes, at first I thought the same too, but it is a gameplay with words after all. And a good one too!

    You are welcome
