Hello people I am looking for TWO songs from the mid to late 90's that were on vinyl and I can only remember parts of the songs so please let me know if you know:

1) It was on the b side of a 12' from the mid 90's and it was a techno genre and the record had a guy that kepts saying " Music is......Music is.....Music is....a State of mind......(then it would repeat again with a deep evil voice) It w as a cool track and was kinda tech house. I had it, lent it to someone and I forgot the name of it and it's long gone...Please post it you know the name.

2) A beautiful sensual house track with piano's, breaky beats and a woman singing " I love you, is all you had to say" then had some nice piano drops and other lyrics had the words "she, sky'...Also from mid to late 90's on vinyl. She had a really sensual voice and went well with the pianos. Please help.
