Does anyone know this song from Panayiotis Toundas? "Eirinaki".
I can't find its translation, nor in phonetics nor in english...

I found the greek lyrics :

(βλάμης plural: βλάμηδες, from the albanian word vlam,
best translated in turkish: kan kardeşi meaning blood-brother,
in greek also: αδελφοποι(η)τός meaning made-brother not
natural born brother, but over the years the word has attained
a rather negative meaning - if the rest of the text were modern,
i would translate this word as ''dude'', but it is not, ok 'nough said)

o meraklis o anthropos poni, ma den to lei
a man so affected (μερακλής = from the turkish word ''meraklı'', meaning
the happy enthousiast who shows affection to his object-the satisfied
connoisseur, but in this context more or less meaning ''the one so deep in love''),
is in pain, but won't tell (anybody about it)
κι άμα γελά, ψεύτη ντουνιά, μέσα η καρδιά του κλαίει.
ki ama gela, psefti dunia, mesa i kardia tu klei
and when he laughs, (the) world (is) phony, his heart weeps
(the world is phony is a rather free translation,

This is even more than i thought i'd find out.
The translation of this song is quite hard to find, and obviously i doubt there could be a translation of it with the "meaning" of it, the way you're actually giving it here Misafir! I don't know who you are?? But.........thank you very very much! It's just great to have this, really.
