Can someone help me identify this song?

Hey everyone!

I was hoping someone could help me get the name + artist of a song I heard at a concert. I think it's an old song as it was mixed with some Mikis Theodorakis classics...anyway, I remember most of the chorus but unfortunately not the rest.

It goes something like:

Pou einai ta xronia,
ta palia ta xronia,
otan eixes louloudia stin kardia
Pou einai i agapi
i wraia agapi
pou me....

And that's all I can remember, also it was an unbeat, happy kind of song.

I really really liked the tune so I hope someone can help me!
