these lines ought to ring a bell:

    "...
Beautiful waste of time for me
And it was never meant to be
It's just a masquerade of lies
Don't you begin to ask me why!
    ..."

There are two versions I know, track name is "Fly Away Now":

one by [DJ] Darwin and a downtempo track rendition by Skindive Inc.
But there must be some third version.
It's a lot more energetic, unlike the others is sung by a rather soulful (female??) vocalist and is slower.

Who did the original of this one??
I doubt Skindive Inc. were the original artists...

Ok so the one with the soulful voice I'm looking for must be a cover.
Mine is not remotely as "chilly" as the Skindive version (latter of which feels a little "elevator music"-like compared to mine )

    What?
Now that's even more chilly-style than Skindive.
Sorry no. I'm looking for a TRANCE song, thus the other way round, NOT new age.

    Plus:
*) yours is an instrumental, and I was looking for a soulful voice.
Though beautiful, that's no soulful voice at all, it's an angelic voice and sounds like Kirsty Hawkshaw.
*) although the title is the same, yours is a completely different song. I am, however, looking for an uptempo cover version of the Skindive track.
