Turki - Biography?

I have got to write a presentation about some Arabic musicians, and one of those musicians is the singer Turki.

I am having great trouble finding any english info about Turki - is anyone able to help?

I need to know where he is from, about how many albums he has had and how successful he has been etc.

Is anyone able to help with my dilemma?
